Q: Can I install spring straps on my Genesis fins?
A: Yes, spring straps can be installed onto Genesis fins.

Q: Is my Genesis regulator Nitrox ready?
A: Genesis regulators are not Nitrox ready out of the box. A separate overhaul kit will need to be purchased and installed so that your Genesis regulator is Nitrox compatible.

Q: Does my Genesis regulator include free parts?
A: Each Genesis regulator owner's manual comes with 2 coupons to be redeemed for a free parts kit, by your authorized Genesis Scuba dealer. Labor charges are not covered under the warranty program.

Q: Can I change the battery on my Genesis computer?
A: All current model Genesis computers have User Replaceable batteries. A battery hatch key is included with the owner's manual. It is recommended that you bring your computer into an Authorized Dealer to ensure the battery change is done correctly.

Q: Which battery does my Genesis computer take?
A: All current model Genesis computers utilize a CR2450 battery. Brand name batteries (Sony, Panasonic, Energizer, Duracell) are strongly recommended and generic brands (Lija, Renata, Varta) should be avoided as they lack sufficient power to sustain all of the functions of your Genesis dive computer.

Q: Can prescription lenses be installed in my Genesis mask?
A: Only the Genesis SL accepts prescription lenses.

Q: I lost a weight pouch from my Genesis BC, can I purchase another one?
A: Yes, replacement weight pouches are available from any Genesis authorized dealer.
